How do I rate?

fter you’ve confirmed the item you’ve received is as described in the listing, you can rate the order to release payment to the seller:

  1. Go to the Order Status page for the transaction
  2. Tap “I’ve received my item” and select your Rating
  3. Leave a comment so the seller knows how they did

You have 72 hours from the carrier-confirmed delivery date to rate the order or request a return. Learn more.
