What should I do if the item I sold is not as described?

Let your buyer know that the item is not as described in the listing before shipping the item. If you or your buyer are not comfortable with the change in condition and the item has not shipped, you can cancel the transaction and the buyer will receive a refund.

If you and your buyer decide to go through with the transaction, please keep in mind that your buyer will be able to request a return because the item is not as described in the listing.
