How do I make changes to my direct deposit requests?

To make changes to your Direct Deposit info, you’ll have to cancel the request.

Want to cancel a Direct Deposit request?
1. Go to My Page, then tap Settings > Balance > Deposit History
2. Tap the deposit you want to cancel and tap Cancel

If the Cancel option isn’t available, the request has already been processed. In this case, the receiving bank will reject the funds within 10 business days if the account and routing numbers do not belong to a valid account. If the funds don’t automatically return to your Stavenio account, you will need to contact Stavenio in order to inquire whether a return is possible.

Note: If your funds are returned to your Stavenio Balance, a $2 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted.
