Buyers usually have 72 hours from delivery to review their order, confirm the item was received as described and rate the transaction. Once the buyer rates the order, the funds are released to you and your payment appears in your Stavenio account as balance. View your balance by visiting your profile and tapping “Balance” at the top. Or visit Settings > Balance
